Jermele Campbell, RFPP
Founder, Reserve Fund Planner
Expertise in Reserve Fund Planning & Real Estate
With a comprehensive background in real estate valuation and reserve fund planning, Jermele Campbell brings a wealth of knowledge to every project. As a certified Reserve Fund Planning Program (RFPP) professional through the University of British Columbia, he specializes in creating detailed 30-year forecasting models that help condominium corporations and property owners make informed decisions about their financial futures.
Professional Experience
Jermele’s career in real estate began straight out of university back in 2015 at a location appraisal firm, where he developed expertise in commercial and residential appraisal, construction progress reporting, and reserve fund studies. This foundation gave him deep insight into building components, land valuation, and long-term property management economics.
Since 2023, he has expanded his expertise into real estate acquisitions and disposals, further deepening his understanding of the complete property lifecycle and market dynamics. This additional experience allows him to provide more comprehensive advisory services that consider both current property conditions and future market trends.
Felipe de Carvalho

Felipe de Carvalho is a seasoned Project Manager with a strong background in project management, architecture, and design. With over 13 years of experience in the building industry—including 8 years managing complex projects—he brings a strategic approach to construction, modernization, and capital upgrade initiatives. His expertise spans project planning, stakeholder collaboration, contract administration, and construction oversight, ensuring successful project delivery across all projects.

Throughout his career, Felipe has managed a diverse range of construction, modernization, and capital replacement projects across educational facilities and public infrastructure. His expertise includes overseeing projects from concept to completion, ensuring compliance with building codes, stakeholder requirements, and sustainability goals. He has successfully led multidisciplinary teams and collaborated with municipal authorities, contractors, and consultants to execute projects using various delivery models.
